Our minimum order is 20 pairs. To receive wholesale prices,
we will send you the coupon codes for ordering after you sign up and we review
your information. Shipping costs will be automatically added to your order at
the time of checkout.

Sales Tax

Wholesale customers will not be charged sales tax if you
have submitted your Wholesale Sales Tax Exemption Form from your state. If you
